Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?
You can browse products and try the cart in this preview. Ordering is not open yet. Once available, review your delivery address, final total and delivery options before confirming.
Can I pay on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available where offered at checkout. The checkout shows the payment options available for your order.
Which currency will I pay in?
Select your delivery country to see EUR, PLN, RON, CZK or HUF prices. Your cart uses the currency of the selected market. Product prices include VAT.

Where do you deliver?
Choose your country in the country selector and enter your address at checkout to see available delivery options. See our shipping policy for destinations, charges and estimated delivery times.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Romania is free and normally takes an estimated 3–5 working days, including 1–2 working days for processing. See our shipping policy for destination and heavy-item conditions.
Who delivers my order?
Your shipment is handled by the carrier assigned to the available delivery service. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.
How can I check my order?
Use your order confirmation or customer account. For help, email contact@fixgarten.com with your order number.
Returns and product support
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
You can notify us within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. Read our refund policy for the full procedure and conditions.
Where should I send a return?

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Email contact@fixgarten.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos when useful. Necessary return costs for a faulty or incorrect item are covered by us.
How can I check compatibility?
Review the model number, dimensions, power requirements and included accessories on the product page. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
